Article 1: Reservation
1. You can book easily a vehicle with driver online on our website. You can also send us a email with your reservation. Please tell us you're wishes and details.
2. Your reservation is only valid if you received a conformation email from Luxury Business Transfers.
3. We guarantee you a transfer if you book it 12 hours before your booking date.
4. We cannot guarantee you a transfer, if you book it less than 12 hours before your booking date.
Article 2: Liability
1. The tenant of the transfer is at all the times responsible for himself and his fellow passengers.
2. If the vehicle is damaged by a passenger, we are forced to charge the full amount.
3. Smoking and drugs are not allowed in the vehicle.
4. Consuming your own food and drinks are not allowed in the vehicle.
5. We are forced to charge 300 euro if a passenger trow over in to the vehicle. These costs are for cleaning the vehicle and the lost of the income of the driver.
Article 3: Payment methods
1. The payment methods we accept are: creditcard (Visa, MasterCard & Amex), Paypal, ideal and payment with an invoice.
2. For payments with Paypal we charge 4% extra.
3. With payments with an invoice, we want to receive the full amount before the transfer takes place.
Article 4: Arrivals
1. If there are any changes with your flight number or departure date, please contact Luxury Business Transfers immediately.
2. When you arrive at the airport, we ask you to turn on your mobile phone so that our driver can contact you where he is going to meet you.
3. We request you to contact Luxury Business Transfers if you can't locate or reach the driver.
4. We request you to contact us immediately if your flight is delayed, so that we can pick you up at the right time. We are forced to charge extra costs if your flight is delayed more than 6 hours. We charge 50 euro extra if your flight is delayed by more than 6 hours.
Article 5: City Transfers
1. Our prices are only valid for our city transfers that start or end in Amsterdam or Schiphol Airport.
2. We are forced to charge extra costs if you make a booking and wish to be picked up outside of Amsterdam.These costs are for the kilometers we must make to arrive by the departure location.
Article 6: Waiting time/No Show
1. With airport transfers we have a waiting time of 90 minutes after your flight has landed. If the waiting time is longer than 90 minutes we charge an additional amount of 30 euro. After this we charge 15 euro extra for each extra waiting time of 15 minutes.
2. For city transfers, we have an waiting time of 20 minutes after the departure time. Every 15 minutes thereafter we charge 15 euro extra.
3. For airport transfers we assume a no show if you have not contact the driver 20 minutes after all the luggage is been handled.
4. For city transfers we assume a no show if you have not contacted the driver 40 minutes after the scheduled departure time.
Article 7: Hourly Rate
1. If you want to reserve a road show, standby or sightseeing tour, you must reserve a minimum duration of 3 hours, to use a Mercedes E class, Mercedes S class or an Mercedes V class.
2. The service of a road show, standby or sightseeing tour, start in our garage and ends in our garage.
Article 8: Force Majeure
1. Luxury Business Transfers is not responsible for unforeseen situations such as delays, changes and cancellation. Examples of this are: accidents by third parties on the route, traffic jam, Police checks, terrorism and extremely weather conditions.
2. Luxury Business Transfers is not liable for errors with intermediaries.
Article 9: Lost Property
1. Luxury Business Transfers is not responsible for lost property in the vehicles.
Article 10: Cancellations
1. You can cancel free of charge at least 2 days before your reservation.
2. We charge 50% of the amount if you cancel your reservation 1-2 days before booking date.
3. We are forced to charge the full amount if you cancel your reservation 1 day before the booking date.
4. We are obliged to charge 4% administration fee if we have to make a refund.
5. We do not reimburse you in vouchers.
6. Cancellations are only valid if you received a confirmation email from Luxury Business Transfers.
Article 11: Prices
1. Our prices are included pick up at the airport with nameplate, parking costs, free wifi and water in the vehicle.
2. Our prices are excluding 9% vat.
Article 12: Vehicles
1. Luxury Business Transfers guarantees that vehicles are regularly checked to prevent malfunctions.
2. Luxury Business Transfers arrange another vehicle or compensation if a vehicle cannot continue the journey due to a malfunction.
3. Luxury Business Transfers will arrange a Mercedes vehicle at all times. You can count on Luxury Business Transfers to arrange an equivalent vehicle if a Mercedes vehicle is not available.
